With a background in concrete testing laboratories for a leading global supplier of concrete products, Adam has over fifteen years of experience in the design and production of bespoke pre-cast concrete elements, utilising a variety of different production methods and concrete types including Semi-Dry, GRC & FRC, UHPFRC, Self-Compacting Concrete and traditional wet-cast. With a process-driven mindset, he is experienced in all stages of design and production including initial concept design of products, moulding, tooling and concrete mixes, process and quality engineering, inspection & testing and continuous improvement.
